The sun is shining! When I left England, it was quite cold and kinda rainy and today over in Finland, it's so god damn hot it's unbelievable :) It's really nice and I should be sitting outside there in the garden but because I'm Finnish, now it's more like "it's too hot outside".. We Finnish people truly know how to moan about absolutely everything! Anyway, all of you who read this, inside the house and not outside in the sun, GET YOUR ASSES OUTSIDE and get a nice tan!
At the moment my cousin and I are sitting here in the livingroom and listening to music. We would also be outside but then we would just smoke 20 cigarettes in like 1 hour and we can't take the laptop there so we could listen to music.. Hmm. We just finished listening to Lily Allen's Alfie and now we are trying to find this cover for Poison.
Found it! Now I'm going to drink more and enjoy this blast from the past. Have a very nice day everyone! I promise I'll write something good tomorrow :)

It's quite hectic here at the moment with preparations going on everywhere. I already did my hair and make up and now I stole a moment to come online and write about it :)
There has been a lot of rain and not so much sun and it's still possible that we'll have rain instead of sunshine but we'll take it as it comes. Everything is pretty much set up outside and the rest of the family is on their way as we speak. We still need to go get the Bride from the hair dressers and get her ready to say 'I Do'.
The children are playing outside and one of them is constantly playing 'Ukkonoa' on the piano. I thought her to play it earlier this morning and now she keeps playing it over and over again. Probably just to remember it for when she goes home, so she can play it for her mother :)
Unfortunately I can't put any pictures on the blog while I'm here, in the middle of nowhere, because I'm on the Bride's laptop and all but I will put some on when I go back to England or when I go home to Kokkola. I'm hoping to take some pictures of the wedding but I might have to delete some of the pictures on my phone because it's quite full :) We'll see what happens.
Our parrot is not liking the piano song anymore and is really annoyed and trying to threaten the little girl. Hah. Poor birdie. He is going asleep now. Or at least trying to, since the girl is still playing :) Kids are the best aren't they ? :)
Now I need to go! We're going to go get the Bride and then do a cheese thing for the wedding and and and ... There are still some things that need to get done before the photos of the couple get taken at 12 o'clock. Tell you all about it later :)

I'm Here!
I can't believe I'm finally here! I had to wait for my flight and then wait at the airport after the flight and then again I had to wait for my flight and then finally I landed in Finland! It would have been great if it wasn't raining but it was still good :)
The battery on my phone decided to die way too early in the game since I hadn't spoken to this guy who was coming to pick me up so I didn't know what he looked like or what kind of car he was driving.. Thankfully by the time he got to the airport, I was about the only person left, waiting for someone so it wasn't that hard to locate each other :)
Anyway, now I'm here, sitting on the bed at my Dad's soon-to-be wife's parent's house and I just finished helping Dad make all the food for the wedding. He has been doing it since 8 o'clock this morning! Now that's a long time..
The guy who picked me up at the airport is the Bride's brother. He is a really nice guy with the cutest 3 kids ever! We've been playing in the garden and we played some piano :) Hah. Actually it didn't really sound like music at all but they enjoyed it and that's all that matters. Two girls and one boy. The 2 girls are ages 7 and 1 and the boy is 2.
I have been eaten by these blood-sucking little creators that we hate more than anything and that we have way too many of! Hopefully it's sunny tomorrow, not just for the wedding but for the blood-suckers to stay away since they only like shadows and they hate the hot weather. But I'm sure they will still find a way too eat me alive, because they just like me so much..
I've been awake for nearly 35 hours now and so I really need to go to bed and get some sleep. I need to get up at 7 in the morning, take a shower, get a brief on how everything needs to be set up and get myself ready for the festivities. And then later, after the wedding, food and socializing, there is going to be the "after-party" which will be held at a hotel where we are the only guests :)
Something shocking just happened! I went to the toilet and as I was washing my face, I realized that even after dyeing my hair brown twice , it's still red! How is that possible?! So annoying! I need to dye it again and hope that it will then maybe stay brown .. Hmm. I'm off to bed now because tomorrow will be another looooong day. Later :)

Today Is The Day!
I'm so excited and I just can't hide it!
I can't wait to go home! I get to see my family and friends for the first time in a long long time! I'm just a little nervous but that's because I don't know if I remembered to pack everything and I can't seem to find the lock for my suitcase. It has to be somewhere in this flat! I need B to come and help me look for it :) He changed his shift today so he is able to come to the airport and say goodbye. So sad and I'm already missing him :'( Thankfully he will join me in like 12 days time so it's not the most time we've ever been apart :) hahaha.
Now I'm sitting here on the couch surfing the internet on the laptop, obviously, and thinking about this night at the airport and what the hell I'm going to do if I get tired of reading.. Hmm. B suggested sleeping but don't you just think it's uncomfortable and awkward to sleep on the airport ? I always feel like someone is going to rob me or I miss my flight or something like that.. Hmm. Maybe it's just me and I'm weird or something :) haha. I still need to put my face on and do something about my hair but then I'm ready to go. Scary! I'm always a little nervous before I need to get on the plane since there have been so much terrorism and things like that but we'll just have to hope for the best! :)
B said that the bunny will miss me too but I don't know if the bunny truly understands that I'm not here anymore :) hahah. I'd like to think he misses me but he's got a peanut brain so I'm not really getting my hopes up :) He is still the cutest bunny alive!
I'm getting a bit more nervous now! At least I've got them butterflies in my belly dancing around :) I can't believe I finally after all this time, get to see my sister! We were always such good friends and did everything together and now it's just been way too long since we saw each other. We'll have to get drunk and talk about the old times or something :) I get to see my family, my Mom, Dad, Step-Dad, Brother and all my friends! I can't wait to have some ice cream with my (new) Little-Sister Laura! Remember, it's only a matter of hours now!
I guess I need to go off the laptop now and find that stupid lock. I've actually looked everywhere so I don't know where else to look.. Hmm. B won't be happy if I just sit on the couch surfing the internet on the laptop when there is something better to do.. Not so much better, but more important. Hmm. :) I'll go in a minute or two :) NO! Need to go now. See you all soon!

Countdown <3
It won't be long now! Can't wait! 2 days and I'm outta here!
My baby is already missing me
My baby is already missing me
Today we got quite a few things done :) We went to the bank to sort some things out before we go on our holiday, we put money on the lecci and washed our clothes. I still need to do one more wash tonight when BooBoo comes home because then I can wash his chef whites as well. I still need to fix this little rip on one of my tops but that's going to take like 2 minutes so it's fine.
I started my list today :) I still need to really think about everything so I don't forget to bring something. All I really need is a good mood and some summer clothes! What else ? My laptop ? I can't bring that with me, I'm sorry to say.. BooBoo needs to use my laptop for Skype so that we can talk. We still haven't figured out what the problem with the other computers sound is. Hmm. We'll have to sort that out when my brother gets here since he knows more about computers and the set up than I do :)
Swine Flu. The talk of the day .. 3 weeks ago. There is still some things being mentioned about it but the panic has subsided and things are back to normal. I'm sure there will be some new influenza soon enough so don't worry!
I've got a confession to make. I'm jealous. That makes me kind of sad because I'm jealous of a 73-year-old man. Doesn't that sound sad and pathetic ? Well, after I tell you the reason for my jealousy, you will understand. The 73-year-old grandfather just won £25 million in the lottery! Damn! You jealous now ? It actually only makes me jealous because I'm trying to win like £50 000 so I can start my own business.. And a little while back there was a 90-year-old woman who won something like £100 million in the lottery! Why are all the big wins going to the elderly ? Beats me.
I'm thinking I'm going to need some ice cream to make me feel better :) And to help me with my womanly symptoms. Since I was on the Pill for so long, I never knew what you go through when you're ovulating. You're hot and you've got pains and all those kind of nice little things that make you feel oh so uncomfortable. Oh well, I'm sure some nice ice cream and fudge sauce will make it all better :)
Dear Mother, I'm sorry for I have sinned and will eat ice cream when I'm not supposed to :) I love you for still trying to help me with the diet and all but at the moment it's just not going to happen for me.. Maybe I'll start it up again when I get home and we can do it together :) Promises promises.
I don't know if there is anything else that I've done today that is worth mentioning.. I still need to do B's online check-in but I'll do that on thursday. B will be home soon and then we'll get the goodies and cuddle on the couch. Maybe we'll even watch The Ring or something :) Spooky.
If you've got someone to cuddle with, you are really lucky and you should cuddle cuddle CUDDLE all night long! :) Have a nice night everybody!

My Life Today :)
Do Americans hate the British ? There seems to be so many problems between the two nations and because I live in Britain, I get all the problems as well.. How can some things be so hard just because of something like that ? Oh well, there is nothing I can do about something like that. Hmm.
Today I cooked for me and B. Actually I started to cook and then B came home and took over :) Hah. We had some good pasta and now we're watching Medium on TV. Actually I'm watching it and B is reading a magazine.
Yesterday I cleaned the bunny out. I'm thinking about giving him a bath or taking him with me to the shower or something so that he would feel safe and not freak out when the water comes :) He is such a baby and he is always scared of everything. I made him into a mama's boy bunny instead of a brave manly rabbit :)
When P was here we kinda gave him a little bath but just like putting water on him and not putting him in water and I took the cutest picture of him tryin' to get the water of himself!

The Cutest Thing Ever !
I bought the new Cosmopolitan today. I wanted to get it to read it on the airport or on the plane or something :) I've got a book, Hannibal, which I started reading two days ago and then I've got the Cosmopolitan and then there is this thing called 'business plan' that I still need to finish. Actually, I want to do it right and perfect and I thought maybe those 12 hours on the airport will give me enough time to do just that. And then if I get bored or something I can read one of those other things :)
I went to buy fluffs for Dorothy but they said they didn't have any and that they'll get more on wednesday. I'll have to go back then. She is so hungry she even attacked me when I put my hand in.. So I bought her this smaller fluff and when B got home from work, he had the joy of feeding her and putting his hand inside the tank :) Hah.
Ryanair sent me 2 or 3 emails saying I need to do my online check-in now now NOW and so NOW I have to go do it :) Sorry I don't have more to give you today! Oh and I want to thank a friend of mine for trying to help me out today, even though it in the end didn't work, I appreciate the effort :) Thank you! I'm out :)

Manchester <3
I got a message from P yesterday saying how much he likes Amsterdam and he was wondering how much rent would be over there :) Hah. When we went to Manchester with him, we were looking around for apartments for rent in the centre.. It would be really nice to live over there and I think I should really consider that option when I come back to England.
Manchester was a really nice place. I think I should put some pictures on :)
I love churches and cathedrals and things like that, especially in this religious country where they are so beautiful and magnificent and that's why I always take pictures of them where ever I go :)
This property is probably quite old because it looks like it's 200 years old :) Hah. It's really pretty and we would have gone in to have a drink but it was completely packed as you can see :)
It would've been nice to go up there on one of those things but we didn't have enough time.. We wanted to get somewhere high up to see the city but we had to head home. Next time!
We walked past this building and I heard music coming out from like 3 different windows :) It sounded really good and there is a friend of mine who wants to get into a music school and if it doesn't work out in Finland, maybe they should try it out over here.. :) It looks like a really nice school and it was quite big even though from the side it doesn't look like it :)
We went to this huge shopping mall to find a footboll t-shirt for P's little brother, who is also my cousin surprise surprise :) and we looked everywhere until we found one! We also saw this shop where you can make your own bear. Hah. It was really cute and I'm seriously going to take my kids there one day.. When I have kids, I mean :)
We went for a drink to the Hard Rock Cafe in the centre before heading back to Victoria station. Manchester is a lot prettier than Liverpool and I like it more.. This was my first time there even though I've lived in England for a year.. Hmm. P said that if he lived in England for a year, he would have gone to Manchester a million times already.. Haha :) Maybe I need to do the same from now on. :)

Cathedral <3
This morning I went to Town with P because he needed to catch the train to Manchester Airport at around 9 o'clock but we got there too early and so we had some tea at the Station Café. I took him to the train and we hugged goodbye. It's not going to be long until I can do some more partying with him because it's only like a week or so til I go home :) We had a blast while he was here and I need to sit down now and tell you all about it! Maybe not all because that would take a lot of time but I'll tell you some things :)
So B and I took P to Liverpool the other day. There wasn't any shopping we wanted to do but he wanted to walk around and see the pretty buildings and the people and that was just fine with me since I hate shopping :) We walked around the centre before we decided to walk to China Town. Nothing was really open when we got there since it was so early in the afternoon and I was told that everything kinda comes to life in the night-time. But we still took some pictures and apparently the gateway or what ever, is one of or the oldest one in Europe. Cool isn't it ?
Here is that gateway thing I was talking about. I can't remember what it's called :) Hah! It was really big and pretty and I really felt bad not having a better camera but I will go back some day with my super camera :) I took more pictures and here you have some of them :)
There were a lot of interesting things in China Town and one of the prettiest was this right here! They had them all over and I think I wouldn't mind at all having something like this on my driveway or in my garden or something :) If you'd like to read more about this China Town, you can do so here .
When we were walking out of China Town, I saw this pretty park and I wanted to go take a picture. As we were walking towards the park, we saw this humongous building in the background.. Liverpool Cathedral.
We were like half a mile away and it was so big it didn't seem to be that far away at all! Thankfully we got there on time and the Cathedral was still open for public and we went in. I took a lot of pictures and I would have taken a lot more but that was the day my phone decided to die on me. I should have double-checked my phone's battery before I left the house but I didn't. I can always go back there and take more pictures.. Here you have some of them!
This is one from outside the Cathedral. Look how big it is! You can see the car and the person walking along the path next to it and they are quite small comparing to the Cathedral ..
You can't really see it because the light in the back is so strong but this huge thing is where they used to (or still do if they still use it today) baptize the children. It's amazing! If I wanted to become a part of this religion and join the church, I would definitely get baptized right here! :)
This was like a small praying room on the side somewhere hiding :) It was really quiet you know a place where people can have some peace and I actually felt like I was doing something wrong by taking a picture of it because it was like so calm and peaceful and I felt like if there was or is a God then He would have been looking down on me telling me to leave the room! Haha. It was really pretty though and if I wanted to pray for something, this would be the place for it. The candles in the other picture were just outside the room so you like light a candle and then go in the room..
There is some dead guy inside that. At least that's what B said and it's probably true.. Hmm. That thing was really big and it had the persons name on it and everything. And it was really old so the guy inside must have been there for quite some time! Hah :) Oh well.
Imagine this, a small chapel inside the Cathedral which is bigger than some churches I've been to! Now the place has to be big if THIS is a SMALL part of it!
The whole place is full of these old doors that are so god damn beautiful it's unbelievable! This is something I'm going to get in my house or summer house or something when I make a lot of money and can afford to put money in these kind of things! Can't wait!
Most of these pictures don't need any explanation but I need to tell you that the windows in the Cathedral are very beautiful as you can see in this picture.
The whole place was so amazing and I really need to go back again and take my parents with me so they can see all the beautiful things inside :)
After we left the Cathedral we walked back to the centre where we went for a drink before taking the bus back home. It was a really long day but it didn't matter because we had some nice refreshing drinks in the frigde when we got home and we had quite a few while we watched some good comedy on TV. It was a nice day! :)

I tried to make the whole big space fit on the photo but it was impossible!
One of the first things you notice is the space and this! Behind that panel thing there the big church men do their thing, or used to to their thing in case they don't use it anymore. I don't really know! All I know is that it's god damn beautiful and huge! And probably made of gold!
Those stairs you can see in the back go upstairs but the public wasn't allowed there which was disappointing, but I guess it's a safety risk so I can't be too mad about that :)

Juoppohullun Päiväkirja <3
Once again I have neglected my blog and my dear readers.. I do apologize for that. I'll try not to make that same mistake in the future, I've just been busy and tired after being up to no good with my cousin who is visiting :) Drinking is a very bad thing to do til the morning because it kinda messes up the normal rhythm of sleep and your brain doesn't understand when to be awake and when to sleep. Hah. Tonight I'll sleep like a baby!
At the moment I'm waiting for my dinner. B is such a good sport for still making us something to eat, even though he's been to work all day long cooking :) We're getting some mashed potatos, pork and pepper sauce. The best thing ever and it'll taste even better now since I've been on that bullshit diet for so long.. B said it'll be OK if I skip the diet this week and he promised to come back on it after P goes home :)
Today I finished that collection of short stories I was talking about earlier. It was really good! All of the stories were about killing your spouse and getting away with it. But they were interesting and that kind that you didn't really get the whole point or who was going to get killed before the actual murder took place. And the characters were interesting, funny and they were more or less different in their own way :) I recommend that book for people who enjoy stories like that :)
Maybe I'll start a new book tomorrow :) Probably that Da Vinci Code or maybe I should leave that for the time I'm going to spend on the airport waiting for my flight. Hmm. Tough decisions :) Now I need to go eat my dinner because I'm starving!
But before that, I want to or I need to tell you about this book I just finished reading. Another one. A book P brought with him and he told me it was really good and I can't even believe how much I laughed reading that one! It was one of the funniest books I've ever read. Actually, it probably IS the funniest book I've ever read! :) If you're in need of some laughing my ass off on the floor crying of too much laughter - seriously read this book!!
The book is called : Juha Vuorinen - Juoppohullun Päiväkirja . That is one of the best books I've ever read, it's so god damn funny :) Here's a picture of the book.

Dorothy Swimming <3
DISGUSTING!
This is by far one of the most disgusting things I've ever seen! This is what we found when we cleaned Dorothy's tank. This is what was left of the fluffs we fed her the other day.. Bones, hair, legs and stuff. Disgusting! So I just had to take a picture and share it with all of you! :)
While B was cleaning the tank, I gave Dorothy a bath. Here you have some footage :)
A little clip of her swimming around :) Hopefully you liked it :)
That's our little girl :)

Orrell Water Park <3
Yesterday we took a walk to the Orrell Water Park. It was one of the hottest days we've had since the summer began which isn't a big deal since summer officially started like 2 days ago :) Hah. Anyway, I took some pictures of the lake and the geese and ducks that wandered around :)
We stood very close to the ducks and geese eating the grass and what ever they could find :) This one here is something else.. It's like a goose and a duck together! So maybe we should call it a Doose :) Nobody, not even the guy who was feeding them, knew what this one was! Hah :) Ugly duckling, and the guy who fed them told us that this one doesn't have any friends and everybody is afraid of it :) I think he or she was the prettiest one of them all! <3
We were a little bit scared of the big Canadian geese because they can attack you if they think you're going to hurt them so B made me walk past them first :) It's OK BooBoo, I'll protect you from the birdies :) It was a really nice day. The sun was shining all day long and it was so hot and nice that we just had to buy some ice cream :) So for that moment, my diet went out of the window HAH :)
